One in a Million - Äänestä suosikkiasi!

15.8. vietettävän Kansainvälisen kodittomien eläinten päivän kunniaksi yhdistimme portugalilaiset ja suomalaiset voimamme tuodaksemme esiin Portugalissa, Rio Maiorissa sijaitsevia tarhan asukkaita. Heitä, jotka usein jäävät huomiotta ja jotka ovat odottaneet pisimpään omaa kotiaan.

Portugalin tarhoilla on yli miljoona koditonta eläintä, jotka odottavat tälläkin hetkellä mahdollisuutta parempaan elämään. Jokainen koditon koira on kuitenkin todella ainoa laatuaan, "One in a Million" ja ansaitsee rakastavan kodin itselleen.

2. Participation in the Draw To enter the raffle and having the chance to win your choice of a Mutt Dog & Company collar and a lead you need to…

1. Comment below to an Intagram post the name or number of your favorite dog/story

2. Share the photo of your favourite dog in your Instagram story

3. Tag @adopted_withlove_ry to your story. Employees of the organisers are not eligible to participate. One can vote and share also for more than one dog.
   

3. Competition Period The raffle is open only in Finland and Portugal. Starting on Friday the 15th of August and ends on Sunday, 17 August, at 23:59. Entries received after the participation period will not be accepted. The participant is responsible for ensuring that their entry is received within the participation period. The organiser is not responsible for any obstacles or errors in participation caused by technical or similar issues.

4. Prize Mutt Dog & Company collar and a lead.

5. Redemption of the Prize and Restrictions The winner of the draw will be contacted via Instagram direct message. If, for reasons not attributable to the organiser, the prize notification or the prize itself cannot be delivered to the winner, the organiser is under no obligation to deliver the prize or any equivalent compensation to the winner. If the winner cannot be reached within one week of the prize notification, the organiser has the right to conduct a new draw and select a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. The organiser may refuse to award the prize or request the return of awarded prizes in cases of dishonesty, lack of eligibility, or other similar grounds.

6. Rights The rights to materials related to the draw and the related intellectual property rights belong to the organiser or, as applicable, to its partners.

7. Liability of the Organiser and Partners The winner releases the organiser from all liability and costs that may arise from participating in the competition or from accepting or using the prize. However, this waiver of liability does not limit the rights of consumers under the Consumer Protection Act. The organiser’s liability towards participants is limited to the quantity and value of the prize in the competition. The winner is responsible for any other possible costs related to accepting or using the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product/service. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to comply with these rules and the organiser’s decisions.

8. Processing of Personal Data and Publication Rights The contact details provided by participants will be used for the purpose of conducting the draw. The information will not be published anywhere.

9. Changes to the Rules The organiser reserves the right to amend these rules.
